Bessey’s new Erdi D24 nibbler cuts metal sheets without deformation, even where a small radius is involved. The integrated cutting-off function removes the swarf immediately. Conventional sheet steel snips tend to deform the metal quickly during cutting. The nibbler is different: it allows the material to retain its original form during the cutting process. Bessey has now equipped the nibbler with an open die-plate for the swarf simply to fall through.
