Harris are showcasing the Down to earth range at the CIHS in September. All components use either sustainable sources or recycled materials and are designed to ensure they are biodegradable or recyclable.
The paintbrush and roller handles are manufactured from 65 per cent cornstarch and in landfill conditions will biodegrade over a significantly shorter period than plastic. The paintbrush head is 30 per cent biodegradable but maintains the high quality and smooth finish you would expect from a Harris brush. The roller tray is 100 per cent recycled and the sleeve is made from recycled soft drinks bottles. Packaging is produced from eco-friendly materials and is printed using environmentally friendly processes.
